The AOHNA membership year runs from July 1 to June 30 each year. Join early to enjoy member benefits as the dues remain the same regardless of when you join.
(Membership applications/renewals will not be processed until after June 29. You will receive confirmation of membership by email after that date.)
Become an AOHNA member or renew membership in 2 steps:
New Members - If you have not already, please complete the Online Application Form, which will automatically be sent to the Provincial Treasurer.
Existing/Previous Members - Log in using your existing password. Under the Members Toolbar, click View Member Account and then Edit Member Information. Update any outdated member information. Before saving, change your membership year to the current year, which will trigger an automatic email to be sent to the Provincial Treasurer to process your application.
If your email address for login has changed OR you cannot log in using your existing password (or do not recall it) and the reset password function does not work for you, please email email@example.com for a manual re-set. Please do NOT create a new membership profile; duplicate entries tend to confuse the system.
Once your profile is updated and saved, return to this page to submit payment in Step 2.
Step 2 - Submit your payment ONLINE using PAYPAL
- Go to "Store" found at the top bar left of the search button. Select "Membership", scroll down and click the Add to Cart button, next to your membership type, below.
- Submit your credit card payment securely through PayPal (If you have a PayPal account, log in and proceed with payment. If not, just click on continue to the left of the log in button.)
- You will receive email confirmation and receipt of payment from PayPal immediately. Please print a copy off for your records.
- If you prefer to pay by credit card or cheque, please complete the Membership Payment Form and scan and email, or fax, your payment information to the AOHNA Provincial Treasurer (Email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Confidential Fax: 1-866-877-0228) to be processed.
- Please note: credit card payments are processed using our PayPal Virtual Terminal. You will receive your receipt via email directly from PayPal.
- Once payment is received and your application is approved you will then receive a notification from the AOHNA via email to confirm that your membership has been activated for the year. If you do not receive it within 4-6 weeks, please contact us at email@example.com. You will be able to access your membership package online at: http://aohna.org/account/member-details
